Medeiros IT is based in Ottawa. We run day-to-day IT for small businesses that do not have an IT department, and we build software and hardware for the ones that need more than support.
The support side is straightforward: a flat monthly price per person, unlimited remote help, patched and backed-up computers, and a portal where you can see all of it. The engineering side is where we build tools, kiosks, and field devices for teams whose work does not fit inside a browser tab.

Every computer, account, and fix is documented in your portal. If someone leaves, or we do, the next person is not starting from zero.
We build when it is worth it
We run our own software products and hardware. When your team needs something off-the-shelf tools cannot do, we can build it and support it afterwards.
